
How are we feeling about Brett Ratner’s HERCULES so far? I don’t think the trailer did it any favors, and the delivery of “I am Hercules!” was a little over the top, even for the character. I think several of you brought an open mind to this hoping that it wouldn’t scream “Brett Ratner.” I love Dwayne Johnson, but this just doesn’t work for me right now.
When I saw that there was a new clip I thought that maybe I’d give it another shot. Unfortunately the clip is short and splices in some quick bits of the trailer footage. It’s cut kind of weird. Here’s hoping that another trailer will bring the goods, if there are any.
Synopsis:
Having enduring his legendary twelve labors, Hercules, the Greek demigod, has his life as a sword-for-hire tested when the King of Thrace and his daughter seek his aid in defeating a tyrannical warlord.
