Anyone who knows me knows that I worship at the alter of “The Twilight Zone”. Honestly, if you’re a fan of sci-fi, fantasy and horror, I don’t see how you can’t. And though I own every season on Blu-ray and DVD, I still get excited when July 4th comes around, because that signals another TZ marathon. Yes, I watch those chopped-down episodes, commercial breaks and all, because I simply can’t help myself. It’s tradition.

All that is to say, the Syfy channel will once again be airing “The Twilight Zone” marathon on the Fourth of July, as is their duty; things kick off at 8am ET and run until 6am ET the next morning! Check out the schedule right HERE.

There’s additional cool news for you “Twilight Zone” fans. Image Entertainment will be bringing out an episodes-only set of Season Three on July 9th.

All 37 episodes of the third season are included in this set: The Gift, Two, The Shelter, The Mirror, The Grave, It’s a Good Life, Deaths-Head Revisited, The Midnight Sun, Still Valley, The Jungle, Once Upon a Time, Five Characters in Search of an Exit, A Quality of Mercy, One More Pallbearer, Nothing in the Dark, The Hunt, Dead Man’s Shoes, Showdown with Rance McGrew, A Piano in the House, The Last Rites of Jeff Myrtlebank, To Serve Man, The Fugitive, Little Girl Lost, Person or Persons Unknown, The Little People and Four O’Clock.
