Netflix and showrunner/executive producer Lauren Schmidt Hissrich's adaptation of THE WITCHER starring Henry Cavill hit the streaming giant this week and today we have a killer new clip for you guys to check out. It's called Market Sword Fight and that is an appropriate title, to say the least.

Developed for Netflix by showrunner/executive producer Lauren Schmidt Hissrich, The Witcher is
an epic tale of fate and family. Geralt of Rivia, a solitary monster hunter, struggles to find his place in a world where people often prove more wicked than beasts. But when destiny hurtles him toward a powerful sorceress, and a young princess with a dangerous secret, the three must learn to navigate the increasingly volatile Continent together.
On top of Cavill, and Allan other cast include Jodhi May, Björn Hlynur Haraldsson, Adam Levy, MyAnna Buring, Mimi Ndiweni, Therica Wilson-Read, Emma Appleton, Eamon Farren, Joey Batey, Lars Mikkelsen, Royce Pierreson, Maciej Musia, Wilson Radjou-Pujalte, and Anna Shaffer.
Netflix has already renewed the series for an eight-episode second season. Cavill will return as protagonist Geralt of Rivia, with Anya Chalotra returning as Yennefer along with Freya Allan as Ciri. Schmidt Hissrich will also return as executive producer on Season 2 along with Tomek Baginski, Jason F. Brown, Sean Daniel, Mike Ostrowski, Steve Gaub, and Jaroslaw Sawko.
