Ti West’s new horror film X adds Brittany Snow to the cast

Last Updated on August 5, 2021

We learned back in November that The House of the Devil (watch it HERE) and The Innkeepers (watch it HERE) director Ti West is working on a new horror project called X, which has Mia Goth, Scott "Kid Cudi" Mescudi, and Jenna Ortega signed on to star in it. With X now gearing up to start filming in New Zealand, the name of another cast member has been revealed: Brittany Snow.

Snow's previous credits include Would You Rather, Bushwick, the Pitch Perfect films, Hairspray, the Prom Night remake, Almost Family, American Dreams, and the 2017 Al Pacino film Hangman.

West will be directing X from a screenplay he wrote himself. Details are being kept under wraps, but it has been said that this is "expected to bare similarities of West's past films that put him on the map". The Hollywood Reporter hears that it has something to do with

the making of an adult film.

Co-financed by A24 and Bron, X is being produced by A24, Jacob Jaffke, Kevin Turen, Sam Levinson, and Ashley Levinson. Mescudi is executive producing.

I've always been a fan of Snow's, so I'm glad to hear she'll be working with West on this project.
