New “Meet the Cast” trailer and posters released for The New Mutants!

So a new "Meet the Cast" trailer has been released in preparation for the upcoming release of the oft-delayed superhero horror film THE NEW MUTANTS. Here's the official synopsis:

In this terrifying, action-fueled film based on the Marvel comic series, five young people who demonstrate special powers are brought to a secret institution to undergo treatments they are told will cure them of the dangers of their powers.

Meanwhile, THE NEW MUTANTS – directed by Josh Boone and starring Anya Taylor-Joy, Maisie Williams, Blu Hunt, and Charlie Heaton – will apparently be actually coming to theaters August 28th! In fact, it seems official showtimes have been listed for Dolby and Cinemark theaters! You can even see new posters advertising that fact below! Of course, we'll keep you updated if there are any changes.
