If so, perhaps a new flick called ZOMBIEFIED, from Poison Apple Films, will sit well on your leftovers plate! The flick was written and directed by Todd Jason Cook, and was shot on location in Houston, Texas for less than a million smackeroos. Not only that, it claims to be the very first “zombie-slasher” movie ever made. Let’s get to the gist of the sucker, shall we…

Starring Rebecca Torrellas (below) and Mike Gebbie, ZOMBIEFIED comes to life after:

Friends Angel and Tommy have kept a deadly secret that has tormented them for 13 years. A local concert becomes a bloodbath as the fans strangely become rage-full zombies. An outbreak occurs, leaving members of the band separated. Now Angel and Tommy must face their fears to help save their friends. Things become more complicated when lead singer Alana is attacked by a twisted killer who knows the secret and the bodies are adding up. Zombiefied is the first film of its kind, combining SLASHER film and ZOMBIE film.

Tayvis Dunnahoe, Kathryn Rene’ Ginzel, Lisa Whiteman, Sabrina Cook, Bill DeWild, Joe Condoleo, Joe Grisaffi and Alexa Roy also take part in the movie.
