Goods from PREDATORS has been coming fast and furious lately, and it doesn’t show signs of stopping. The Italian film site Bad Taste took time off from throwing pizza dough in the air (I know, I’m a prick) and got its hands on two international posters from the Nimrod Antal film, both of which are pretty cool (if a little too obviously photoshopped). I especially dig the first one, with Adrien Brody front and center.
Brody stars as Royce, a mercenary who reluctantly leads a group of elite warriors who come to realize they’ve been brought together on an alien planet… as prey. With the exception of a disgraced physician, they are all cold-blooded killers – mercenaries, Yakuza, convicts, death squad members – human “predators” that are now being systemically hunted and eliminated by a new breed of alien Predators.
Produced by Robert Rodriguez and directed by Nimrod Antal, PREDATORS stars Adrien Brody, Topher Grace, Alice Braga, Danny Trejo, Walton Goggins, and Laurence Fishburne. It opens on JULY 9.
