Two more lovely ladies join cast of Scream 4, will they stay on board?

Some awfully shady dealings have been seeping out of the SCRE4M camp since Wes Craven and Co. started production earlier this week in Ann Arbor. First, we caught a look at some pretty banal set photos, then mask-man RJ Torbert was accused of leaking too much when he let slip there may be two different Ghost Face facades in this new flick. Oh, then there’s the suspicious splitting of stars Lake Bell and Lauren Graham. Like I say…something’s seriously afoul in Michigan (aside from my Lions). Will this next piece of news serve as deodorant?

Word out of both Variety and THR today have that “Community” star Alison Brie (below) and screen vet Mary McDonnell (right) are the latest to try their longevity on the set of SCRE4M. The lovely ladies join the newly added Marley Shelton, Adam Brody and Erik Knudsen, as well as Hayden Panettiere, Rory Culkin, Emma Roberts, Anthony Anderson, Marielle Jaffe, Nico Tortorella, and Erica Hubbard, who add to series mainstays Neve Campbell, David Arquette and Courteney Cox.

Brie will play Rebecca, Campbell’s ambitious personal assistant who secretly envies her boss’ reluctant fame and fortune.

No word what McDonnell’s role calls for, although she’s arguably the most esteemed actor in the entire bunch.

So what percentage you lend to the staying power of these lovely ladies? Think they’ll last through filming at least?
