If you missed Sony’s Uncharted in theaters, fear not because the adventure based on the hit video game franchise has plotted a course for the home market. Starring Tom Holland and Mark Wahlberg, Uncharted will be available on Digital platforms on April 26 and on 4K Ultra HD, Blu-ray, and DVD on May 10.
The home release for Uncharted includes an hour of bonus features such as deleted scenes and extended scenes, a making of the fantastic action, director audio commentary, plus more with the cast.

Street-smart thief Nathan Drake (Tom Holland) is recruited by seasoned treasure hunter Victor “Sully” Sullivan (Mark Wahlberg) to recover a fortune lost by Ferdinand Magellan 500 years ago. What starts as a heist job for the duo becomes a globe-trotting, white-knuckle race to reach the prize before the ruthless Moncada (Antonio Banderas), who believes he and his family are the rightful heirs. If Nate and Sully can decipher the clues and solve one of the world’s oldest mysteries, they stand to find $5 billion in treasure and perhaps even Nate’s long-lost brother, but only if they can learn to work together.

Despite receiving mixed reviews from critics and fans alike, Sony declared Uncharted a box office success after the actioner earned $357+M at the worldwide box office. Sony was so impressed with the returns that they crowned the film as a franchise-starter, but only time will tell if that’s indeed the case. During the lead-up to the film’s release, Holland said he felt his participation was a “mistake” and “something that I will probably never do again.” While the almighty dollar may change his mind, the role of Nathan Drake might have to be recast if Sony decides to develop a sequel.
