Vin Diesel drops another tease for Marvel’s Inhumans

Vin Diesel had previously mentioned that he spoke with Marvel about several roles before coming clean regarding his claim on Groot soil, but back in August he made a not-so-subtle quote about another team of heroes that is making its way to the big screen; the Inhumans. In a Tweet, Diesel stated, "I get the strange feeling that Marvel thinks I'm Inhuman… Haha." Cute, but does he truly know someting we don't? It's time to ramp up speculation once more because Vin posted the following picture on his personal Facebook page.

As of now, speculation is leading many to believe Diesel is up for the role of Black Bolt. Aside from Vin possessing the physicality of such a character, Black Bolt also carries with him a unique trait that is quite complimentary to Groot in that he doesn't speak. The ruler of the Inhumans has a killer voice. That is to say, his electron-harnessing ability is linked to the speech center of his brain, and if he were to speak, we would be looking at MAN OF STEEL levels of destruction. As you can imagine, this prevents him from saying a great deal, but it would also allow Marvel to use Vin Diesel in such a way that he wouldn't be confused with his tree-like counterpart. The film's release date is a good 4 years away so there's still plenty of time for things to change, but I'd say the idea of Vin taking part in this story isn't too far-fetched.

INHUMANS is set to be released on November 2, 2018.
