VOD/DVD dates for Bigfoot, The Thompsons and Gangsters, Guns and Zombies

Last Updated on July 23, 2021

XLrator has just announced its VOD/DVD slate for November and December, and it includes three intriguing title for us genre enthusiasts. Let’s not tarry and get right to them! (These are U.S. release dates.)

THE THOMPSONS, the sequel to the Butcher Brothers’ THE HAMILTONS, hits VOD on NOVEMBER 22 (just in time for Thanksgiving!) before heading to DVD on JANUARY 1st. A fun way to ring in the new year.

In this action-packed sequel, a bloodbath at a gas station in the desert puts the family on the run, eventually seeing them resurface in the U.K. with a new identity as “The Thompsons.” Desperate for protection in this unfamiliar country, the Thompsons seek out the help of a shadowy underground rumored to be sympathetic to vampires.

BIGFOOT: THE LOST COAST TAPES is actually already out on VOD (it hit on November 2nd); it stomps onto DVD on FEBRUARY 5th.

Sean Reynolds, an eager television host, on a mission to debunk famed Bigfoot hunter Carl Drybeck, who claims to possess the body of a dead Sasquatch. When the team arrives in Northern California, they are immediately thrilled — Drybeck’s zealous belief in his hoax is going to make for a wildly entertaining episode of campy-paranormal television.

However, when Drybeck’s hunting partner is mysteriously attacked, the team is left alone, and reality begins to set in. The evidence is stacking up, Drybeck’s theory may not be a hoax, and the existence of Bigfoot might just be the least of their worries.

Finally, GANGSTERS, GUNS and ZOMBIES arrives on VOD on NOVEMBER 15th, and shoots up DVD on DECEMBER 11th.

In post-zombie England, a botched robbery leads a motley crew of thieves into an apocalyptic battle with a zombie horde.
