WandaVision: Kevin Feige says Wanda’s story will continue in other places

By the Hoary Host of Hoggath! Kevin Feige is out here playing with the emotions of Marvel fans. Recently while attending the virtual Paley Dialogue event, Feige was asked if we'll be getting a second season of Marvel's WandaVision. Naturally, like a good Marvel president and chief creative officer, Feige talked around the question like a pro. That said, he did confirm that Wanda's story will continue in other Marvel projects.

“Yes to an evolution of storyline; probably and inevitably in many different capacities,” said Feige about Wanda's mysterious future as the Scarlet Witch. As a part of that evolution, Wanda will appear in Marvel's Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness“That’s the first place where that story will continue, but there will be other places,” Feige teased.

C'mon, Feige! Tell us something we don't already know! Like if you're holding onto Elizabeth Olsen for several more years so that you can eventually do a "No More Mutants" storyline with her down the road. Or, maybe Loki breaks the Multiverse in his own show, and it's up to Wanda, Stephen, and America to fix it in the upcoming film. You don't have to come right out and say it, just blink twice if I'm on the right track.

WandaVision is currently being propped up as an Emmy contender for its brilliant premise, set design, and emotionally-driven storyline. Will it be added to the list of hopefuls? We'll have to wait and see. I certainly think it deserves to be recognized as it's one of the boldest things Marvel's done in years.

Do you think WandaVision deserves a second season, or should Marvel move onto other characters and adventures in the future? Sound off in the comments section below.
