Want a potential spoiler for The Dark Knight Rises? Warning: Spoiler!

JoBloJoBlo

Filming just started on THE DARK KNIGHT RISES, and some holes might already be getting poked in the shroud of secrecy that Christopher Nolan has kept over the anticipated sequel.

POSSIBLE SPOILERS AHEAD!

SERIOUSLY!

Hitfix is reporting (and Variety is verifying) that actor Liam Neeson has already shot scenes for the movie, reprising his role as BATMAN BEGINS villain Ra’s al Ghul.

For those who have followed (and hypothesized about) every minuscule detail and rumor, this could make sense, especially considering the character’s comic origins. There were spy photos of what may have been the Larazus Pits, the comics’ mystical fluid pools that restore and prolong life. Many have guessed that Miranda Tate, the announced character of actress Marion Cotillard, is a smokescreen for Ra’s al Ghul’s vengeful daughter Talia Head. And THE SOCIAL NETWORK actor Josh Pence (the second Winklevoss twin, whose face was digitally replaced by Armie Hammer’s) has reportedly been cast for flashbacks as the younger version of the BEGINS baddie. Hmmm…

The movie also features Gary Oldman, Michael Caine, Tom Hardy, Anne Hathaway, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Morgan Freeman, Matthew Modine, Nestor Carbonell, Brett Cullen, Juno Temple, and of course Christian Bale in the cowl.
