A new episode of our paranormal investigation series We Want to Believe has been released online, and this time the We Want to Believe team is going on a Bigfoot hunt! This search for "the Hide and Seek Champion of the World" is a three episode adventure, and you can watch the first episode in the embed above. We also have a handful of images from The Hunt for Bigfoot that you can check out below.
Writer/director/paranormal investigator Jason Hewlett was joined on this hunt by fellow investigator Sarah Jane, as well as Indigenous storyteller Chris Bose, an expert in Bigfoot lore who has encountered the creature before.
Hewlett shared the following statement:
Growing up in Bigfoot country, I’ve been fascinated by stories about the monster since I was a boy. Episodes of In Search of and Arthur C. Clarke’s Mysterious World which feature Sasquatch warranted repeated viewing, and I bought and read whatever books I could on the subject. When Indigenous storyteller Chris Bose told me of his encounters with Sasquatch, I knew our web series had to dive into the topic. And that’s what we do with this first episode of The Hunt for Bigfoot."
