Fresh from his hipster romance 500 DAYS OF SUMMER, director Marc Webb is set to embark on another tale of love… although this one is decidedly more disturbed.
JUST ANOTHER LOVE STORY tells the tale of a crime photographer who pretends to be the boyfriend of an amnesiac, only to face the wrath of the actual boyfriend when he finds out about the deception.
LOVE STORY is based on the Danish 2008 Ole Bornedal film of the same name. Bornedal has been remade by Hollywood before – in fact, he’s remade himself before, with 1997’s NIGHTWATCH. (His weird 2007 sci-fi/horror/kids’ flick THE SUBSTITUTE was at one time in line for a remakin’, but that has seemingly fallen through.) Recently, I showed you the trailer for his latest thriller DELIVER US FROM EVIL… The man’s got a lot going on.
