What did you think of…Deadpool 2?

SPOILER WARNING! DO NOT READ THE COMMENTS if you haven't seen the movie yet. If you have and want to discuss some of the details of the film, that's fine, but BE RESPECTFUL about it. If you're going to just post the spoiler itself with no commentary then you're trolling and we will ban your IP and e-mail address and perform voodoo magic on your soul.

After the massive debut of the first film in 2016, Deadpool is back with DEADPOOL 2, reuniting Ryan Reynolds with the role he was born to play and teaming him up with Josh Brolin's Cable, another staple character from Rob Liefeld's New Mutants/X-Force era that helped spawn a number of popular characters that are still filling comic pages today. Director David Leitch (Atomic Blonde) is stepping in for Tim Miller, while screenwriters Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick are back on scripting duties. Joining the fray is Zazie Beetz as Domino (another Liefeld-era creation), T.J. Miller, Julian Dennison (Ricky Baker!), Terry Crews, Brianna Hildebrand, Jack Kesy, Stefan Kapicic and Bill Skarsgard in what is sure to be another fourth-wall breaking box-office smash.

Thus far, DEADPOOL 2 seems to be outpacing expectations with most critics and fans championing the sequel as better than the original, which is a hell of a rarity for any sequel. Perhaps with the heaviness of AVENGERS: INFINITY WAR audiences will be looking for a more fun and funny superhero tale and DEADPOOL 2 may be just the antidote to the death and destruction of the aforementioned Marvel romp. Our own Chris Bumbray, who was not as hot on the first film, liked the sequel much better, giving it an 8/10 REVIEW, saying, "…they really pulled off a good DEADPOOL sequel and managed to improve on the original in a real way. I had a much better time with this one than I did on the first, and some of the gags, including an amazing mid-credits sequence (that I hope won’t be spoiled), are all-timers for the genre. It’s hard not to imagine DEADPOOL fans not being utterly thrilled with this."

And with that, now it's your turn! We want to hear what YOU thought of the film! Naturally, we'd prefer you to comment only if you've seen the film as that's the point here, but do what feels good. Just don't get mad if you get trounced for trolling or posting blatant spoilers in headlines. Healthy debate, genuine thoughts, and respectful interactions is all we ask. So, is the sequel better than the original or does it matter because money?
