After the harrowing, life-changing (and ending) epic that was AVENGERS: ENDGAME, the world of the MCU was left in disarray. One character certainly affected in a big way by those events was Peter Parker/Spider-Man and now his story closes out The Infinity Saga with SPIDER-MAN: FAR FROM HOME, which brings back HOMECOMING director Jon Watts, stars Tom Holland, Zendaya, Marisa Tomei, Jon Favreau, Jacob Batalon, Tony Revolori, Angourie Rice, Martin Starr, as well as new castmembers to the franchise, Samuel L. Jackson, Cobie Smulders, and Jake Gyllenhaal as Mysterio. Following Peter Parker on a school trip to Europe, the film attempts to expand Spider-Man's story by involving him in a plot to team up with an interdimensional "hero" to thwart a group of Elemental baddies that are destroying whole cities. And all Peter wants is to ask out MJ and have a normal summer. Ah, the breaks of being a superhero in high school.

Thus far, most critics seem to agree that this is a solid watch and our own Chris Bumbray gave it an 8/10 Review, saying: "This is the break we all needed after ENDGAME and a nice way to end Phase 3 on a triumphant high note, even if it tees up some pretty major changes being in store for the next slate of movies." For me, the film was enjoyable enough with some clever nods, but it mostly felt like a good MCU film, not a great Spider-Man film. However, that first post-credits stinger was, in fact, perfect.

And with that, now it's your turn! We want to hear what YOU thought of the film! Naturally, we'd prefer you to comment only if you've seen the film as that's the point here, but do what feels good. Just don't get mad if you get trounced for trolling or posting blatant spoilers in headlines. Healthy debate, genuine thoughts, and respectful interactions is all we ask.

Is SPIDER-MAN: FAR FROM HOME a fitting end to The Infinity Saga and a solid Spidey film or does it suffer from being too connected to the MCU?
