Wild Things clip?

JoBloJoBlo

UPDATE! I have now been informed that the clip is in fact test footage that was distributed to studio heads circa holiday 2005 to get studio backing for the film. Still not absolutely certain that’s true, but it sure would make sense given all the things we’ve been unsure about (the kid, the voice-work etc…)

And no I’m not talking about the Denise Richards/Neve Campbell scene in WILD THINGS – although in a remarkable twist, this thing is actually possibly better than that scene, because this clip is sick. The film in question is the Spike Jonze/Dave Eggers awesomefest WHERE THE WILD THINGS ARE and the question is whether or not it is real. From what I’ve heard this scene is not in the cut of the film that was shown to test audiences, but that there are elements of what we are seeing that would lend credence to the idea that the clip is real. I hope it is because it is incredible. And I hate the idea that a bunch of people somewhere might do something this great and all I can do is tap buttons on my keyboard. Check it out BELOW. It will probably be the best thing you’ve seen all weekend.
