Zombeavers Jordan Rubin

Massive, semi-aquatic rodents with a taste for man-flesh are about to chew up VOD platforms and limited theaters as Jordan Rubin’s ZOMBEAVERS is headed to the U.S. on March 20, 2015. Chomp! At first glance ZOMBEAVERS looks and sounds like something the Syfy channel would shit out on a whim, but early buzz on this one is that it's fun as hell with plenty of old school flare and practical effects. Watch the trailer HERE if you missed it!

The synopsis:

The film follows a group of college students headed out into the wilderness for spring break, unaware of the danger that lurks beneath the lake. Unbeknownst to the vacationers a chemical spill has irreversibly altered the wildlife and Zombeavers are on the prowl. As a weekend of sex, drugs and debauchery gets underway, the beavers close in on their prey and the bloodthirsty beasts really do take the term ‘killer weekend’ to the next level.

The film stars Cortney Palm (Sushi Girl), Hutch Dano (Zeke and Luther), Peter Gilroy, Rachel Melvin (Dumb and Dumber To, Days Of Our Lives), Jake Weary, Lexi Atkins and Bill Burr.
