Brolin and Woody

Josh Brolin’s unprecedented roll continues. Having already worked with the Coen Brothers, Oliver Stone, Gus Van Sant, Robert Rodriguez, Ridley Scott and Paul Haggis in the last two years alone, he can now add Woody Allen to that illustrious list.

Along with Anthony Hopkins, Brolin has been cast in the nebbish director’s next film which he wrote, and which begins shooting in London this summer. Brolin and Hopkins are apparently the first in what will eventually be an ensemble cast, but as usual Allen is keeping the plot tightly under wraps.
