Reeves has two sides

One of the most sacred literary narratives of all time is that of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde. It’s fitting then, that one of our most storied thespians Keanu Reeves is set to star in the latest adaptation of Robert Louis Stevenson’s seminal tale. Right. The early report is that Nicolas Winding Refn is in negotiations to direct the project, which is tentatively titled JEKYLL, and that Justin Haythe (REVOLUTIONARY ROAD) is penning the script.

Please keep in mind that this is in fact a modern retelling of the legendary story, which may in some way justify Reeves’ casting. Frankly I’m a lot more excited for Guillermo del Toro’s planned version, and gosh I hope you are too.
