Cool Videos: Fun mega movie mix featuring 52 different films

A good movie mix video can be hard to pull off, but this one created by Alecc is pretty impressive. Clips from 52 different movies (including a few upcoming films) were used to create the video, and it also features the song "Invaders Must Die" by The Prodigy. It's no easy task to edit this many clips together, but I think Alecc did a great job with this video....

Cool Videos: Bradley Cooper proves Louis C.K. wrong

Long before Bradley Cooper and Louis C.K. discussed the ice-fishing anecdote in AMERICAN HUSTLE they were both in very different places. In 2008, Louis C.K. appeared on Steven Merchant's radio show and made a comment about how any actor that asks a question on Inside the Actor's Studio would never make it in the business. In fact, Louis CK specifically said, "There's no way you ask...

This Week in Blu-ray / DVD Releases: American Hustle, Frozen, Mandela...

This week: Ten-time Oscar runner-up American Hustle, Frozen won't let go of your wallet, and Mr. Hanks does Mr. Banks. ► It’s kind of ridiculous AMERICAN HUSTLE will be known as the movie that lost 10 Oscars, because this was the one that deserved to win most all of them. David O....

Check out some deleted scenes from the upcoming American Hustle Blu-ray

While AMERICAN HUSTLE came up short of winning Best Picture at the Academy Awards a couple weeks ago, it still remains one of the top ten films of 2013. David O. Russell brought together the stars of his last two films alongside Jeremy Renner , Louis CK, Michael Pena , and Jack Huston to direct a movie that would have been right at home with the films of Martin Scorsese in the 70s...

And the 2013 Golden Schmoes winners are...!!

The results are in! A nice mix of wins for The Golden Schmoes this year as no one film really dominated, which is always refreshing (unless a film earned the right to dominate, of course). Although GRAVITY had the most wins (6 total), it was THE WOLF OF WALL STREET that took "Favorite Movie of the Year." The only other films with more than one win were AMERICAN...

David O. Russell and Jennifer Lawrence may reteam for Miracle Mop biopic

David O. Russell is only the second director in Oscar history to have movies earn nominations in all four acting categories in consecutive years. Amongst those honors are two nominations and one win (so far) for Jennifer Lawrence . With a track record like that, why not go for the trifecta? Deadline is reporting that Russell is looking to rewrite a project at Fox 2000 Pictures...

Top 10 Movies of 2013 (JimmyO)

With 2013 coming to an end, I am once again reminded that there is good out there when it comes to cinema. Early in the year it certainly may have seemed as if we were in for some serious trouble. And once summer came around many were disappointed in the big popcorn flick choices. Yet there was fun to be had even if not one single superhero flick made my best of the year list. MAN OF STEEL,...

Top 10 Movies of 2013 (Chris Bumbray)

And so another year is in the books! It can't be denied that 2013 started off badly . The first two months of the year were a wasteland of crap, with us being deluged by some truly horrendous films like GANGSTER SQUAD, MOVIE 43, A GOOD DAY TO DIE HARD, and worse. Luckily, the year redeemed itself in a big way, with great movies like THE WORLD’S END, BEFORE MIDNIGHT, UPSTREAM COLOR, BLUE...
