Mr. John David Washington (TENET, BLACKKKLANSMAN) has become the newest addition to David O. Russel's latest film, which already includes Christian Bale and Margot Robbie. That is already more than enough to guarantee that I'm all in for this one. Perhaps that is why there isn't a title or a logline available yet for the New Regency film? Hey, just for shits and giggles, I'm going to take a stab at guessing what the plot could entail:
Warning: THIS IS NOT THE REAL PLOT… Christian Bale dives unrecognizably deep into the role of a shady guy who is trying to better himself when he comes into contact with a gorgeous, foul-mouthed tax accountant played by Margot Robbie whose high-powered boyfriend, John David Washington, is on the verge of closing the biggest deal of his career.
There's my pretend plot guess! Oh, and I also predict that David O. Russell will have some sort of altercation with one of his main cast members! All kidding aside, the UNTITLED DAVID O. RUSSELL film is set to begin shooting in Los Angeles this coming January. What do you guys think of this super trifecta of acting talent starring in it?
