Deadpool recalls ten years of Deadpool by spoofing MCU anniversary video

Last Updated on July 30, 2021

The first DEADPOOL movie came out a little over two years ago, but the attempt at bringing it to the big screen started soooo much earlier. The process was long and arduous, with failed iterations (X-MEN ORIGINS) and stuffy studio folks getting in the way of a respectable adaptation. But now look where we are about a decade later. So much has happened, and the fans need to be thanked for making one movie so popular, thus launching a massive two-movie franchise. Deadpool (Ryan Reynolds) himself can’t believe what a ride it’s been, and in the spirit of the MCU has made a video looking back on the wild and crazy ride that has been the last decade.

After surviving a near fatal bovine attack, a disfigured cafeteria chef (Wade Wilson) struggles to fulfill his dream of becoming Mayberry’s hottest bartender while also learning to cope with his lost sense of taste. Searching to regain his spice for life, as well as a flux capacitor, Wade must battle ninjas, the yakuza, and a pack of sexually aggressive canines, as he journeys around the world to discover the importance of family, friendship, and flavor – finding a new taste for adventure and earning the coveted coffee mug title of World’s Best Lover.

DEADPOOL 2 has early shows tonight and is in theaters everywhere tomorrow!
