Between Danny Boyle’s undead infestation and destruction of London in 28 DAYS LATER and the subsequent containment and American military force clean-up of said destruction found in the upcoming sequel 28 WEEKS LATER, stuff happened. The substance of that stuff can be found in the Steve Niles-penned graphic novel 28 DAYS LATER: THE AFTEMATH. It follows four interconnected stories that not only center on the immediate aftermath of a post-zombie ravaged London but delve into the development of the Rage virus and how it managed to turn the population into hyper-accelerated mindless zombie drones. The book isn’t scheduled for release until April 4th but through sources deep within the bowels of the comic industry, we’ve managed to get our hands on excerpts from each story.
