3 for Scary 4?

About a week ago we got news that Dimension is actually planning on a SCARY MOVIE 4, signing Anna Faris once again in the lead role (see article HERE).

Today, Moviehole is reporting that the Aulstralian newspaper The Herald Sun got word on a few more casting possiblities. Looks like we may see Freddie Prinze Jr. (I KNOW WHAT YOU DID LAST SUMMER), Andre 3000 (BE COOL) and Shia LeBeouf (CONSTANTINE) in the fourth pointless installment of the dying franchise.

What makes it even worse? Number 4 is being directed by David Zucker. He also directed number 3. Why, why, why, why, why? When the Wayans Bros said no, they should have said ‘OK, we had fun for awhile, but now it’s time to stop’. But of course, that’s not the way it went, and we have to sit through yet another crappy spoof movie, one that will undoubtedly make fun of SAW, THE GRUDGE, CONSTANTINE and THE RING TWO. SCARY MOVIE 4 is set to start filming this July.
