Not too long ago we finally got some IT footage, which promptly broke the internet by amassing 197 million views in 24 hours. That’s almost 200 million people who had nightmares all at once…or just a few people who are now clinically insane. Either way, people are going to be scared shitless come September, and until we get another trailer we could be seeing better and better looks at Pennywise (Bill Skarsgard) via set pics, like the one below, showing the clown going ape shit on some poor soul.

I always said that I would need to see footage of the movie before I could get fully behind it, and now I can say I full honesty that I’m 100 percent in. Director Andres Muschietti seems hell-bent on making a horrifying version of the Stephen King tale, even going as far as to say it’ll make you “shit a brick”. I gotta hand it to the guy, because so far my pants are appropriately soiled. I ain’t even mad.
IT arrives September 8.
