New Goon 2 trailer shows Seann William Scott’s return to punching

I’m not one for any kind of sport, really, so when I watch hockey it’s really just to see any potential fighting—like when I watch NASCAR for the crashes and football for all the exciting clock stoppages. It's for this reason I enjoyed the first GOON with Seann William Scott so much, as it highlighted the most thrilling aspect: Canadians punching each other. The cult favorite has a sequel on the way, GOON: LAST OF THE ENFORCERS, and by the look of the second trailer we will get just as much of the same bloody fisticuffs and before. Worship the mighty fist below!

The first flick was a bit of a surprise, but it has a die-hard following behind it which is why we’re even getting a sequel in the first place. I can’t think of any reason why the second round won’t go over as well as the first, at least if we’re going by the trailers. I’m more anxious to see how Jay Baruchel handles his directorial debut, but at the very least I’ll be satisfied with the punching. Never can have too much good punching.

GOON: LAST OF THE ENFORCERS is out March 17 with Scott, Baruchel, Alison Pill, Liev Schreiber, Elisha Cuthbert and more.
