Regardless of whether you're Team Cap or Team Stark, CIVIL WAR is a CAPTAIN AMERICA movie, and as such you can expect the bulk of the screen time to focus on his exploits. Maybe you're not too thrilled with what's generally considered the most vanilla of our comic book heroes, but I'd like you to reconsider. Captain America has a noble story, and here to help tell that story is Chris Evans and the rest of the cast of CIVIL WAR. Well, some of them, anyway.
