The first image has landed for Judd Apatow’s next movie TRAINWRECK and it’s full of all kinds of laughter. The film’s star Amy Schumer wrote the script which is said to draw from her real-life experiences as a “commitment-averse woman trying to get past her self-sabotaging ways.” I’m a big fan of Schumer’s so I can’t wait to see and hear what she’s brought to the project.

When talking to the New York Times about Schumer, Apatow said “she’s insanely funny, and she has stories to tell.” Working on the script, he said, he pushed Ms. Schumer to dig into her vulnerabilities, “almost like a therapist thing.” If you’re not a fan of Schumer, the always fantastic Bill Hader also stars if you couldn’t tell from the image above – look at him go. He plays her character’s potential love interest in the film.

The cast also includes Tilda Swinton, Brie Larson, Daniel Radcliffe, Colin Quinn, Mike Birbiglia, LeBron James, and Method Man because why not? TRAINWRECK opens on July 24, 2015.

Here’s a funny sketch from Inside Amy Schumer, her show on Comedy Central that you should check out.
