THE LEGO MOVIE is, based on the most recent trailer, going to be a blast. With a stupendous voice cast and the wild vision of Phil Lord and Christopher Miller, the duo behind 21 JUMP STREET and CLOUDY WITH A CHANCE OF MEATBALLS what seemed initially like an odd pitch now appears to be an unbeatable proposition. Not to mention the indisputable fact that everybody loves legos.

We’ve assembled six new character posters from the film, highlighting the main characters from the animated comedy. Take a look at them below.

The cast includes Chris Pratt, Elizabeth Banks, Morgan Freeman, Will Arnett, Cobie Smulders, Will Ferrell, Channing Tatum, Liam Neeson, Jonah Hill, Alison Brie, Nick Offerman, and Charlie Day (whew!) It opens on February 7, 2014.

The official synopsis:

The original 3D computer animated story follows Emmet, an ordinary, rules-following, perfectly average LEGO minifigure who is mistakenly identified as the most extraordinary person and the key to saving the world. He is drafted into a fellowship of strangers on an epic quest to stop an evil tyrant, a journey for which Emmet is hopelessly and hilariously underprepared.
