Yesterday saw the debut of the new trailer for WHITE HOUSE DOWN, starring Channing Tatum and Jamie Foxx, which looks every bit the Roland Emmerich masterwork that you’d expect. Cheesy, loud, explosive, and ridiculous, it’s got all the ingredients of an Emmerich summer romp. Now, to amp you up even further, we have a new poster for the flick, this time showing John McClane Channing Tatum and Barrack Obama Jamie Foxx as they sift through the rubble of an attack on the United States’ Capitol.

Get Down:

Here’s the synopsis:

Capitol Policeman John Cale (Channing Tatum) has just been denied his dream job with the Secret Service of protecting President James Sawyer (Jamie Foxx). Not wanting to let down his little girl with the news, he takes her on a tour of the White House, when the complex is overtaken by a heavily armed paramilitary group. Now, with the nation’s government falling into chaos and time running out, it’s up to Cale to save the president, his daughter, and the country.

WHITE HOUSE DOWN, starring Channing Tatum, Jamie Foxx, Maggie Gyllenhaal, James Woods, Richard Jenkins, Jason Clarke, and Joey King starts dying hard on June 28, 2013.
