J.J. Abrams can work on both Star Wars: Episode VII and Star Trek 3

Don’t worry, my little sci-fi warriors– J.J. Abrams can still take on both STAR WARS: EPISODE VII and STAR TREK 3.

Okay, so there is a bit of a catch here. I’ll just let Marc Graser from Variety tell you what that is:

This is a good thing. Maybe Abrams isn’t directing, but it’s not a no either. We want him to stay on the STAR TREK franchise in any sort of capacity…as long as he can make some decisions and have influence, of course. It’s not like we want him carrying around the coffee for the cast and crew or anything. Unless he wants to pay for it, which is completely fine.

Moving on, saying a bunch of irrelevant things…

I think that Abrams is a great choice. For the most part, I only see positive comments on the subject. I’ve really only seen one person be half-way negative and they were arguing to themselves about Abrams. The guy did awesome with the STAR TREK universe, and will likely do the same with STAR WARS.

Just found this on Reddit, it was too funny not to add.
