There is something terribly adorable about Kristen Schaal.
She has this very cute nature about her, and a voice that fits it. So it’s no wonder that she will be lending that voice of hers to CLOUDY 2: REVENGE OF THE LEFTOVERS.
I’m excited that CLOUDY WITH A CHANCE OF MEATBALLS is getting a sequel. It quickly became on of my favorite animated movies. I think I might even love it more than DESPICABLE ME. Any movie that lets Mr. T voice a character is golden with me.
Here are the details we have one the second installment: “The story takes place after the events of the first movie, with the characters of Flint Lockwood and his friends forced to leave their town of Swallow Falls. When it is discovered that sentient food beasts have overrun the island, they are asked to return to save the world again. While details remain locked in the fridge, Schaal’s character is described as an orangutan.”
Anna Faris, Bill Hader and Andy Samberg are expected to come back to voice their respective characters. However, there is a new team of directors– Cody Cameron and Kris Pearn. The film is set to release February 7, 2014.
