Everyone has their own holiday traditions. When my family gets together, at least one person (usually an uncle) has to get piss drunk and embarrass himself. While sad, it is also genuinely entertaining, especially when he starts to tell stories.

I’d like to dedicate this new Funny or Die Christmas video to all the drunk uncles who boldly go beyond their limit to make the holidays wonderfully uncomfortable.

In this particular video, the Drunk History series is continued with a retelling of “Twas the Night Before Christmas”. Here you will see Ryan Gosling, Jim Carrey and Eva Mendes try their best to interpret a drunk guy stumbling through Clement Clark Moore’s poem. It made me laugh my ass off.
