Charlotte Gainsbourg is a nympho?

Well she might be for Lars Von Trier…in a movie. That movie is THE NYMPHOMANIAC.

It’s been known that some actresses have a hard time working for the director but Gainsbough doesn’t seem to share their disdain. The actress has starred in two of Trier’s previous films: MELANCHOLIA and ANTICHRIST. THE NYMPHOMANIAC focuses on, “the erotic life of a woman from the age of zero to the age of 50.” It will also be divided into eight chapters and released in two versions — a softcore cut for mainstream distribution and a hardcore one.

The script is still being penned with shooting to begin next Summer or Fall.
