Brave and Abduction get new posters

One of the posters I’m about to show you is fantastic. The other…not so much.

The first poster up for judgment is BRAVE. But when it’s as impressive as this, it doesn’t have to be. It gives us another glimpse of Merida who stands pretty with her curly red hair catching the wind. It’s mystical and cooler than any Jethro Till album cover. Also notice the little blue lights glowing in the grass, what exactly are those? “Those stones are actually a pretty important set in the film,” says producer Katherine Sarafian. “We can’t say what happens there, but they were inspired by an actual location in Scotland that we visited multiple times during our research. It was a very powerful setting for the kind of things we want to have happen in the story.”

Our second poster is for ABDUCTION. Whoever made this poster had their creativity abducted. What’s going on with Taylor Lautner’s face? Did he just realize he missed taco tuesday? Sucks for him. Did you see that tagline? It’s the cherry on the top of the really shitty action movie poster sundae.

Click on either to see them in hi-res and browse other posters at JoBlo’s Pimpin’ Poster Palace.
