If Takashi Miike makes a film, you want to see it. AUDITION still makes me cringe, I think about SUKIYAKI WESTERN DJANGO at least once a week, and watching ICHI THE KILLER should be made mandatory.
Miike has made many, memorable films and he is adding another one to the list. The trailer for 13 ASSASSINS has arrived today. What’s the verdict? F*cking awesome, as if you should expect anything less. I love an excellent Samurai tale and can’t wait to see this one.
