Julianne Moore has an interesting role ahead of her.
The red-headed actress will throw on some glasses and grab a box of dye to play Sarah Palin in HBO’s adaptation of the novel GAME CHANGE.
The book was written by political reporters, John Heilemann and Mark Halperin. The adaptation will be directed by Jay Roach and written by Danny Strong, the guys who teamed up on another project for HBO, the docudrama RECOUNT. Harper Collins Publishers gives this summary for the novel, “this classic campaign trail book tells the defining story of a new era in American politics, going deeper behind the scenes of the Obama/Biden and McCain/Palin campaigns than any other account of the historic 2008 election.”
So is Moore a good fit for Palin? While they may not look similar, I think once she’s in costume, Moore will be able to hold it down.
