Andrew Niccol’s IM.MORTAL is now called NOW, which in many ways is an equally annoying title, but the concept is cool. No one ever ages, and therefore everyone stays young and good looking and you grow up and end up being oddly attracted to your mom. Weird.
The cast already boasts Justin Timberlake, Cillian Murphy, Olivia Wilde, Amanda Seyfried among others, but will now add two more prime hunks of beef to its roster. Wow, that’s the most Saved by the Bell thing I’ve said in years.
Joining the cast are Alex Pettyfer, starring soon in DJ Caruso’s alien adventure, I AM NUMBER FOUR, and Matt Bomer, who Brett Ratner wanted to play Superman, but is currently charming the pants off everyone with his pretty eyes in White Collar on USA.
No word on what roles the two will play, but Bomer’s is supposed to be pretty substantial at least. And hmm, he does look like he’d make a good Superman…
