COWBOYS & ALIENS was one of the big success stories of Comic-Con. Unlike the Marvel panel, they were able to keep their big surprise – the appearances of Daniel Craig, Olivia Wilde and, most importantly, Harrison Ford – from the Hall H faithful. Not to mention Favreau was able to cut together a good five minutes of footage from the film despite having only about three weeks of shooting underway (compare that to GREEN LANTERN, which showed only about 50 seconds).
