The teaser trailer for the nonessential remake of NIGHTMARE ON ELM STREET gave us a tiny peek at what Jackie Earle Haley’s version of crispy dreamstalker Freddy Krueger would look like.
Now we’ve got a much better look at the revamped horror icon, thanks to STYD and Figures.com. Collectibles craftsmen NECA will be making figures based on the Platinum Dunes redo, and a closeup of Krueger’s burn-scarred visage has surfaced. While it’s not a photo of Haley’s face from the film, it’s probably pretty close to what we’ll get on screen next April.
