Even though the majority of us FAMILY GUY fans already knew, Seth MacFarlane has confirmed it: Stewart Gilligan Griffin is a homosexual.
MacFarlane told Playboy magazine ,“We had an episode that went all the way to the script phase in which Stewie does come out. It had to do with the harassment he took from other kids at school. He ends up going back in time to prevent a passage in Leviticus from being written: ‘Thou shalt not lie with mankind as with womankind. It is an abomination’.”
I guess Stewie is just acting out. MacFarlane continues on about the outing of the youngest Griffin, “But we decided it’s better to keep it vague, which makes more sense because he’s a 1-year-old. Ultimately, Stewie will be gay or a very unhappy repressed heterosexual. It also explains why he’s so hellbent on killing [his mother, Lois] and taking over the world: He has a lot of aggression, which comes from confusion and uncertainty about his orientation.” So there you have it, your favorite diabolical baby likes other baby dudes. No more hinting.
Personally I want to know who can understand Stewie. Sometimes I think that the other characters can but then I start thinking its a PEANUTS thing. The PEANUTS characters can hear the adults, but when we hear the adults all we get is, “WAWAWA…WAWA…WA…” Or is it odd that Brian is into Lois? Well, at least Bonnie finally had her baby.
