Bond gets haunted?

JoBloJoBlo

Sinewy superspy Daniel Craig hasn’t exactly hurried to his next non-007 film, but it sounds like he’s going to relax. In a haunted house.

The Bond followup to QUANTUM OF SOLACE is already scheduled for 2011 (with Michael Sheen rumored as the villain), but Craig might first star in DREAM HOUSE.

The supernatural thriller involves “a man who moves his family to an idyllic small town, only to find his house haunted by its former inhabitants, who were murdered there.”

Hopefully director Jim Sheridan (MY LEFT FOOT, GET RICH OR DIE TRYIN’) can make something a slice more exciting than that generic description intimates. Craig hasn’t committed to the project just yet.

Meanwhile, Craig and his enviable torso will appear on Broadway in the drama “A Steady Rain.”
