If you haven’t already, it’s time to accept that not only did the live action ALVIN AND THE CHIPMUNKS make a buttload of money but because of said obscene amount of money, a sequel will be released on Christmas Day with the God-awful title of ALVIN AND THE CHIPMUNKS: THE SQUEAKUEL. In any case, the filmmakers are wasting no time getting the marketing going as a very short teaser was recently released. It’s just Alvin, Simon and Theodore humming the 20th Century Fox theme but if you’re one of those who enjoyed the first one, well, here you go.
