This is one of the more peculiar bits of studio pimpage — a video from Warner Bros. featuring the enormous TERMINATOR SALVATION T-600 model, who is apparently on tour.
The artificially intelligent endoskeleton showed up at the Yonge & Bloor subway station in Toronto last week, to awe the audience with its unsettling presence and minor motion.
I just love that there’s no real context or dialogue in the video — it’s like some avant garde short film about the loneliness of a skinless cyborg, forced to perform as a futuristic freak for the gathered masses. Kind of tragic, really.
