Actor Jeffrey Dean Morgan is going from flashback victim to leading man, taking top poster placement for Warner Bros.’ adaptation of the DC/Vertigo comic series THE LOSERS. The “SUPERNATURAL” dad will head up a diverse team of former CIA operatives hunting the shadowy double agent who left them for dead.
STOMP THE YARD director Sylvain White is handling the black ops (after Peter Berg, McG and Tim Story went through the revolving door) for überproducer Joel Silver’s company Dark Castle.

Morgan will also star with Hilary Swank in a horror-thriller called THE RESIDENT, from the newly resurrected Hammer Films.
