Before Amy Winehouse fatally overdoses on a creative cocktail of narcotics and controlled substances, she’ll still apparently take on a few music projects. One of these is to compose the theme song for the upcoming James Bond sequel QUANTUM OF SOLACE. Nothing’s confirmed as yet but producer and collaborator Mark Ronson tells BBC News (via The Envelope). “They asked Amy, and I think Amy said that if she did it, she’d want to do it with me. So hopefully something will come of it. The demo sounds like a James Bond theme, hopefully. But I don’t know if it’ll get used.” Bond uncovers another conspiracy by killing bad guys and banging hot chicks (though not necessarily in that order) on November 7th.
