Eagle Eye 1st look

As if Shia Labeouf isn’t get enough attention as is, here I go posting another photo of the guy. No fair. Here he is in our first ‘official look’ at EAGLE EYE, his re-teaming with DISTURBIA director DJ Caruso and TRANSFORMERS producer Steven Spielberg (who also wrote the story). The bird in the pic is actress Michelle Monaghan. It comes courtesy of Entertainment Weekly’s upcoming issue. Labeouf plays a “slacker”, much like his DISTURBIA character I suppose, who gets mixed up with all the wrong people, leading into a plot that contains words like terrorist, assassination, conspiracy, and political. So if DISTURBIA was a modern-day REAR WINDOW, can this be a modern-day NORTH BY NORTHWEST? Sure sounds like it. Check it out in theatres on September 26th. Click to ENLARGE
