Will the Cameron Diaz/BOX jokes ever get old? Me thinks not. It’s perhaps a little “Michael Scott” but cut me some slack. I’m a man-child with an immature sense of humor. In any event, USA Today premiered seven new stills from Diaz’s upcoming horror film THE BOX. Director Richard Kelly (DONNIE DARKO, SOUTHLAND TALES) told the paper that “with THE BOX, I hope to make a more mainstream popcorn film.” I have a feeling with Richard he’ll find a way to make even a mainstream film a little quirky and despite by misgivings about SOUTHLAND, I can’t wait to see this.
